Working Principle: Three-phase alternating current input enters rectifier circuit and converts into stable DC bus voltage. IGBT power module outputs three-phase alternating current with adjustable voltage and adjustable frequency to drive asynchronous motor. VFC open-loop flux vector control algorithm calculates output voltage and frequency according to speed set value without rotor position feedback. When motor decelerates, regenerative energy can be released through external brake resistor if brake unit is equipped. Hardware protection circuit cuts off power output and triggers fault indication once abnormal working condition occurs.
Installation Requirements: Only vertical upright installation inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted or horizontal installation is forbidden Reserve enough upper and lower ventilation clearance to ensure heat dissipation Separate wiring routing for power cables and control signal cables Input power supply voltage must match the rated voltage marked on nameplate Installation environment must exclude dust, corrosive gas and condensed water vapor PE protective earth terminal must be fastened firmly
Precautions for Use: Wait at least 5 minutes after power off for DC bus capacitor full discharge before opening cover for inspection and maintenance Verify input power voltage against nameplate specification before power on Complete motor parameter identification procedure during equipment commissioning Capacitors and surge absorbers cannot be connected in parallel at inverter output terminals Clean dust on heat sink regularly to avoid overtemperature fault Short-circuit of brake terminals is prohibited
