Application Scenarios: Heavy-duty packaging machine main servo axis Large continuous cutting machine positioning servo drive Wide web coating and printing line roller synchronization Heavy unwinding and winding servo control system Heavy load rotary indexing table servo positioning

Performance Parameters: Output frequency range: 0Hz – 600Hz Overload capacity: 150% rated current for 60 continuous seconds Speed control accuracy ±0.01% under CFC closed-loop control mode Multi-step speed function with independent adjustable acceleration and deceleration ramps Adjustable torque limit and pure torque control mode High-speed encoder signal sampling and processing

Material Composition: Cold rolled steel sheet housing with powder coating anti-corrosion treatment Multi-layer industrial grade PCB main control board High-power IGBT inverter module NTC temperature monitoring sensor Gold-plated signal terminals, thick copper high-current power terminals Flame-retardant plastic insulating brackets High-voltage DC bus electrolytic capacitors Metal heat sink and dual built-in cooling fan assembly

Structural Characteristics: Vertical compact modular cabinet mounting structure, heavy-duty screw holes reserved on rear panel Front panel fitted with LED status indicators for running state, fault alarm and fieldbus communication Main circuit power terminals arranged in upper zone, control signal terminals arranged in lower zone Side expansion slots reserved for communication option card installation Built-in DC bus connecting terminals for multi-drive parallel connection Physical isolation layout between power cavity and signal cavity to suppress electromagnetic interference

Working Principle: Three-phase alternating current enters main circuit terminals. Internal rectifier bridge converts alternating current into stable DC bus voltage. IGBT inverter module outputs adjustable three-phase alternating current to drive synchronous servo motor. Encoder feeds rotor speed and position signal back to inverter control board. CFC closed-loop vector algorithm continuously calculates motor flux and torque value, dynamically adjusts output voltage and frequency to achieve high-precision closed-loop speed and positioning regulation. Shared DC bus terminal allows energy exchange between multiple servo drives in the same system. Regenerative energy generated during deceleration passes through built-in brake chopper and dissipates in external brake resistor. Fault state triggers hardware protection circuit, cuts off power output, activates fault indicator and stores fault information in memory.

Installation Requirements: Vertical upright installation only inside closed electrical cabinet, inverted installation or horizontal installation forbidden Reserve sufficient upper and lower cooling clearance and keep cooling fan inlet and outlet unblocked Separate wiring routing for power cables and signal cables, all signal cables adopt shielded cable Three-phase input voltage must match nameplate rated specification Cabinet installation environment keeps away from dust, corrosive gas and condensed water vapor PE protective earth terminal fastened reliably to cabinet heavy-duty ground busbar Encoder cable uses SEW dedicated shielded cable When applying shared DC bus system, follow official bus connection specification

Precautions for Use: Wait at least 15 minutes after power-off for complete discharge of DC bus capacitor before cover opening and maintenance Verify three-phase input voltage balance before power-on Complete full motor identification procedure during commissioning Capacitors and surge absorbers cannot be paralleled on inverter output side Clean cooling fan and heat sink dust regularly to avoid overtemperature protection ESD anti-static protection required when plugging communication cards and control components External brake resistor must match rated power specification, brake terminal short-circuit prohibited STO safety wiring strictly follows official safety operation manual
