Yaskawa CIMR-G7A4011

Technical Specifications Three-phase input 380 VAC to 480 VAC, 50/60 Hz; rated output current 24 A; output frequency range 0.01 Hz to 400 Hz; control method includes open/closed loop vector and V/f control; overload rating 150% for 60 seconds; built-in cooling fan; operating temperature -10 ℃ to +40 ℃ without derating.

Functional Features Three-level PWM technology suppresses motor terminal surge voltage; high starting torque 150% at low frequency; momentary power loss ride-through function; RS485 Modbus communication with optional fieldbus cards; LCD keypad for parameter setup and fault trace viewing; overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheat and motor overload protection.

Application Scenarios Fan and pump energy saving control, conveyor systems, extruder main drive, crane auxiliary mechanism, general industrial variable speed motor drive.

Material Composition Sheet metal painted cabinet; IGBT power modules; aluminum fin heat sink; control PCB with signal isolation circuits; plastic keypad cover.

Structural Characteristics Vertical wall-mount cabinet; front removable cover for main circuit terminal access; digital operator panel mounted on front door; main power terminals at lower part, control signal terminals at upper part.

Working Principle Three-phase AC input is rectified to DC bus voltage. Three-level inverter converts DC into adjustable frequency and adjustable amplitude AC output to motor. The control board samples output current and motor speed feedback, executes vector control algorithm to regulate motor torque and speed according to set reference.

Installation Requirements Mount vertically on rigid cabinet backplate; reserve top and bottom air clearance for cooling airflow; separate main power wiring and control signal wiring; install input circuit breaker and AC reactor when required.

Operation Notes Wait for DC bus capacitors to discharge after power off before opening covers; use shielded motor cable for long cable runs; record parameter backup before factory reset; check fan operation periodically.
