Working Principle AC mains power enters module and passes EMI filter and rectifier to form DC bus voltage. Monitoring circuits continuously sample output voltage, output current and internal temperature. When fault condition is detected, protection circuit cuts off power output and activates fault LED and system alarm signal.
Installation Requirements Cut off rack AC power before inserting SPW481 module into designated rack slot. Lock side latches after full insertion. Connect AC input power cable to module power terminals. Test current sharing performance when two modules run in redundant parallel mode. Keep rack ventilation channels unobstructed for heat dissipation. Verify DC output voltage after power restoration.
Usage Notes Wear anti-static wristband during module replacement. Wait for internal capacitor discharge before removing module. Do not exceed rated total output power of SPW481.
