Yokogawa YHC5150X

Technical Specifications: Communication protocol: HART 5.0, HART 7.0 Display: Color touch LCD screen Power supply: Rechargeable lithium battery Operating temperature: -20℃ to +55℃ Protection grade: IP54

Functional Features: Read PV, SV, TV, QV multi variable from HART device. Configure tag, range, damping, alarm parameters. Perform instrument self-test and diagnostic. Save configuration data to internal memory. Upload and download device configuration. Offline configuration editing.

Application Scenarios: Field instrument commissioning, regular calibration, troubleshooting of pressure transmitter, flow transmitter, temperature transmitter and smart valve positioner in petrochemical, power, pharmaceutical industry.

Performance Parameters: HART communication distance up to 1500m with 250Ω loop resistor. Battery continuous working time 10 hours.

Material Composition: Impact resistant ABS and rubber enclosure. TFT touch screen. Lithium ion rechargeable battery pack. HART communication circuit board.

Structural Features: Handheld ergonomic housing. Rubber protective bumper around the device. Two clip-on test leads for connection to instrument loop.

Working Principle: The communicator connects across 250Ω resistor on HART current loop. It superimposes digital FSK signal on 4-20mA analog current. The HART instrument and handheld device exchange digital data for parameter read and write operations.

Installation Requirements: No fixed installation required. Connect test leads to the two terminals of HART loop resistor. Ensure loop power supply is present during communication.

Usage Notes: Do not use in explosive hazardous area without proper certification check. Charge battery before field operation. Keep test lead contacts clean. Back up instrument configuration before parameter modification.
