Description
Parker AR-04AE-13574
Technical Specifications 24V DC power supply; input signal supports 0-10V analog voltage or 4-20mA current; adjustable output current for proportional solenoid; built-in closed-loop feedback interface; operating temperature -20°C to +60°C; IP20 protection; adjustable gain, ramp and dither parameters.
Functional Features Receive external setpoint command signal from upper controller. Convert command signal into stable driving current for proportional valve solenoid. Accept spool position feedback signal to realize closed-loop spool control. Adjust response speed and dither signal to reduce valve friction dead zone. Detect input signal loss and power supply fault and output alarm signal. Support parameter adjustment through handheld programmer or configuration software.
Application Scenarios Mobile construction machinery hydraulic control, hydraulic press, metal forming equipment, injection molding machine hydraulic system, test bench hydraulic loading control.
Performance Parameters High linearity of output current relative to input command; adjustable dither signal to improve low-speed valve response; low current drift under temperature change; stable closed-loop positioning accuracy.
Material Composition PCB uses FR-4 flame-retardant multilayer circuit board; power drive devices are industrial power semiconductors; signal sampling circuit uses high-precision resistors and capacitors; outer housing is aluminum alloy for heat dissipation; terminal connectors use nickel-plated copper contacts.
Structural Characteristics DIN rail mount compact aluminum housing. Terminal blocks arranged on both sides for power, command signal, feedback signal and alarm wiring. Front panel has status LED indicators. Internal aluminum base plate dissipates heat generated by power drive components.
Working Principle The amplifier compares the external setpoint signal and spool position feedback signal, calculates control deviation through internal algorithm, adjusts the output current of the power drive circuit, changes the electromagnetic force of the proportional valve solenoid, controls the opening of the valve spool, and adjusts the flow and pressure of the hydraulic oil circuit.
Installation Requirements Install the amplifier on standard DIN rail in electrical cabinet. Wire 24V DC power, command signal cable, spool feedback cable and valve solenoid cable to corresponding terminals. Set valve rated current, ramp time and dither parameters with supporting configuration tools. Conduct signal test without hydraulic load first, then test closed-loop action after connecting hydraulic oil circuit.
Precautions for Use Arrange signal cables away from high-current hydraulic pump power cables. Do not exceed the maximum driving current of the amplifier. Ensure good heat dissipation of the aluminum housing. Cut off power supply before changing wiring and parameters.
